where do you get runecrafting talismans other than buying from other players?
2004HQ has a drop table tool you can use to search for which monsters drop talismans.

Air from Duke Horacio or rare drop from goblins
Mind from Imps, wizards, yanille soldier tower guards
Earth from farmers, men, rogues
Water from wizards and dark wizards
Fire from dark wizards and skeletons
Body from guards and giants
Cosmic from caskets (fishing or random events)
Chaos from any mob with access to the gem drop table, underground (pretty easy as most training spot are underground, chaos druids gave me plenty)
Nature from any mob with access to the gem drop table, above ground (recommend Moss giants on Brimhaven)
