World Map works well but an option for Dungeon Maps would be even better!
I don’t know if it was authentic, but we have other tools outside of the game not authentic so its a + 1 from me.

This site doesn’t have spawns or areas listed but if you want images of the maps themselves it might be useful: Historical map
This is accurate to 2004 so you could make your own maps out of this I guess. Mapmaking community on the forums when???
