Questions to avoid ban

Quick questions to avoid getting banned:

  1. Can I place a small heavy object on one of my arrow keys to avoid logout timer? Im assuming its fine, since this wouldn’t be detectable vs my hand holding down the arrow key indefinitely, but I’d like to be sure.

  2. My brother and I both play. We live in different states in the USA however, are both visiting family next weekend over holiday… Will we get banned if we log on from the same home? Or will the fact that 99% of our playtime isn’t from the same place be distinguishable and we can thus not be viewed as it being one person playing multiples accounts… Obv we want to play together, but not getting banned in more important.

Hello and welcome to the forum!

The rules say:

  • Using macros to defeat the AFK timer is not allowed.

Hardware macros created by physically modifying your keyboard are still macros I’m afraid. Not to mention you’ll still get idle logged with a key held down (try it!)

You will not get banned for logging in from the same household as long as you are two separate people. Nothing to worry about :smiley:
