I’ve decided to embark on a journey that will test my patience, endurance, and love for simpler times.
I’m dedicating my time to mining coal until that glorious day of the p2p release.
- Why coal, you ask?
Because it’s the right thing to do. Just kidding - Our economy is only just getting started. Cash is king but cash is also scarce and I want to see just how much I can stockpile before members drops. When members drops I may hold it until I can process it into cannon balls for the eventual Slayer grind but who knows. Maybe those smithers end up making me an offer I can’t refuse.

This is going to be a much shorter challenge than originally anticipated. With early goals of around 40-60,000 coal. With the announcement of Members content coming 29th of March, I haven’t entirely given up on my Goal for Coal (GFC) for short. I have however refocussed some of my playtime towards preparing for Members. Whilst my stats used to be entirely mining focussed I have taken this week to complete all f2p quests and such my stats have seen quite the improvement across the board.
My current goal before continuing with the GFC is all members quests requirements as follows:
