I understand pets are not in the era of 2004, and perhaps might even be impossible to incorporate. But honestly if it can be added i don’t see why it wouldn’t be welcome to the community…the grind it quite tough so it would make sense to be able to get a chance at a pet drop.
This is a preservation server. Adding rewards that were not present historically is counterproductive to that goal. If you want a server with pets, you are welcome to fork the project and make your own.

I didn’t think it was that harsh. Sorry if it came off that way. All I’m saying is that the goal of Lost City is not to make the most fun version of RuneScape; it’s to make a historically accurate version of RuneScape. With that in mind, the idea of putting things in (which may or may not objectively improve the game from a design perspective) which were not there historically is a non-starter.

While I think they should probably have looked into the server a little more before suggesting a change like this suggesting a ban is kinda ridiculous.
I’m suggesting you to get banned for suggesting microtransactions. 
Ah well then maybe we both needed our /s tags, those are the reason I left RS2 back in the day lol certainly if they ever make it to that era I’d hope they don’t implement those.
