Is this correct for monster aggression?

I have noticed that hob goblins will become aggro from 2-3 tiles in wildy,
earth warriors 3-4 tiles
and deadly red spider only 1 tile aggression? is this normal or was this overlooked

does any1 have any idea on this or is it suppose to be like that? or am i in the wrong section?

you could go on OSRS and check? I have no idea lol.
