Inv got wiped, lost cash stack

Logged in this morning after waking up, Dc’ed immediately and then inv was wiped.

what do you mean “wiped”? Did you die? Were you in lumbridge?

nah apparently my inv got scattered to the floor by a random while woodcutting last night before i logged off, gf lol

so you werent hacked? just afk and got killed by a random event?

Ignore the genie at your peril - he has a 50/50 chance to either note your items (annoying but not harmful) OR scatter them on the floor (potentially devastating)!

i was afk mining ess and got teled out and my items noted by the genie hahaha

I lost 35 magic ammys and 2k cash stack with a few other items. But I was afk in v west so not sure which random killed me. In w1 so obviously my items were looted by the time i got back lol.

I dont afk anymore unless Im carrying little value.
Advice I was given was to play with sounds on. I dont, but it was good advice
