Greetings! I am branon, excited to be here.
I have been playing RuneScape in various forms since 2007. I played retail RS2/RS3 until around 2015 and then moved to private servers.
The servers I played the most were WebsterScape, Near-Reality (the original), hades5, and ScapeRune. All of these are gone now except ScapeRune so I am looking forward to making new memories on 2004Scape.
As of January 2024 I have started playing OSRS seriously for the first time. The only account I play right now is a group ironman and I’ve been having a ton of fun interacting with my groupmates and a clan that I joined.
Message boards hold a lot of nostalgia for me and I enjoy the communication style more than instant messaging. Things are a little quieter and more deliberate here.
Upon beta release, I plan on making a progress/goals thread with lots of cool images and internal dialog about gameplay strategies. I hope others will do the same, it’s highly enjoyable for me to read about others’ perspectives on the game.
