i scuffed up the quest and joined both gangs {got a key for 5k} now i cant do hero quest

im at the part where
if i talk to Katrine she says “youve got some guts coming here phoenix guy!” so i went and talked to Straven and he says "you stay away from here! Black arm dog

so i cant do the quest =/

Thanks for reporting this. We’ll have to investigate and determine if this is an “authentic” bug or not. It may or may not be fixable. Hang in there.
