Yo for the preservation of & historical authenticity of 2004 Runescape, can we have a random number generator just arbitrarily throw out perma bans for no reason please

I think any measure to limit the Br*tish player base is warranted. Keep the false bans IP limted to the UK and I’m good with the idea.
