After getting 40+ all skills i’m starting to lose motivation because i feel like training combat and stuff without slayer is pointless, and there’s not much stuff to do besides grinding for the sake of grinding, help me with some goals so i can focus again
That’s called RuneScape. take a break and return.
Do some clue scrolls! Quests? Have you got legends cape yet?
If you lack motivation at this point, it’s not going to be magically restored by anything anyone can recommend unfortunately. Just stop playing until you fancy playing again, that’s the beauty of the game. Whenever you want to, there’s a million things you can do at any one time.
I’m done with the server for the foreseeable future since I’m in the same boat, got more cash than I ever needed and just got bored of it now that the servers died.
Still I suppose it’s neat to be able to relive the old days again but the novelty has worn off for most people now.
Same. ill come back soon to finish the quests
ye thats how i feel, just wish updates came out faster, but it is how it is, they are not full time into this so its understandable, time to play other games
Maybe we’re going to see updates soon-ish, who knows If you check the git-updates channel, you’ll perhaps get some ideas.
get 60 attack so u can use dragon special attacks when it comes (soon hopefully)
Make an ironman, or some kind of pure account for future PvP. I imagine the player count in this game will balloon near updates and slowly dwindle between them. If you’re really that burnt out with base 40s (not even enough for all quests) then just come back later when there’s more content that interests you.
Personally I’m trying to get BiS items for my (zerker) ironman in all combat styles which means at least 70 ranged and leaves me with a massive 80 crafting grind. If I ever finish that maybe I’ll grind out the two dragon armor pieces too for a future build change.
You’ve got to complete all the quests brother
I haven’t played in a few days (did an OS swap and didn’t feel like setting stuff up, but also got into Oblivion ), but that’s one of my favorite things about this: There’s no obligation to play!
I hop on whenever I feel like and do whatever (maybe pick 5 Flax and quit; hours of idle fishing/bank; get in position to farm Giants later, etc). I can always come back to the game and there’s no real rush.
My goal is 99 everything and all quests, so every action contributes something towards those!
Train it anyway! I did base 40s on Druids, now I walk a bit North on Hill Moss Giants until I’m bored of those drops. I’m thinking with casual pace I might reach 60 stats by the time Slayer comes out
I’m looking forward to being able to kill dragons in the wild, and KBD looks fun! I want Legend’s Quest for the cape and that has a ton of grinding/stuff to do. Basically there’s a lot of high-end content I’m looking forward to, but I’m fine with casual leveling on the way to be able to do that content.
