Future rules of lost city to match authenticity

Will certain rules relax once the game updates year by year to match the authenticity of the eras.
Such as allowing drop trading, account sharing, the brief period in 2011 when jagex didn’t care about botting and more?

Drop trading was just harder to track. Account sharing as well. That was due to the population boom. And the bots got smarter. Not that Jagex ignored them. The team here now with the current player population its very easy for them to track. I dont see them letting people break the rules.
