I was picking up flax, when suddenly the mysterious man random event triggered. He gave me a casket with 40gp.
I dropped this on a spot where there was flax, and then the coins appeared on top of it:
When picking the flax up (where i dropped the coins on), the coins appeared as a floating object:
Is this a bug?
I’d assume when they (Jagex) eventually updated flax in RS2 to make them so you could walk through them this would stop happening.
Yeah I know it looks weird but I can confirm this is normal. The client is actually what’s automatically doing this, the server would have no control over doing so (unless we make inauthentic changes).
Yeah also, you get stuck in there if you’re not careful. I’ve seen this happen multiple times when people drop flax to get out lol.
