There was someone with a bad username spouting obscenities and not respecting the rules. I reported them via the report abuse button but I was just wondering if those are actually monitored, or where I can report them if that system isnt monitored.

The answer is yes! Player reports are very important and we review them all.

How frequently do you check them? I’ve seen some rulebreakers last a while.
I’d say fairly frequently, but mods are all volunteers so it varies a bit. We’ve got decent coverage as far as timezones which helps.
If you report rulebreakers but see them sticking around, we are either monitoring them or they’re not actually breaking rules 
To add on, every single report gets checked within a few hours, but they don’t give feedback on which reports led to mutes/bans to avoid giving hints about how detection works
