Don’t think we’ll know until it either happens or doesn’t for the entirety of the 18 weekends. Very curious myself so please stay there 
I’d bet you can get them in the wildy just like anywhere else, just the risk of getting one in the wildy. 
Not really any risk with no tbs/ancients
That’s very true, it isn’t a crazy big risk but still that chance of running into someone, probably the same probability of getting a rare but ya know its the fact its possible.
