Would the scythe be the only untradeable holiday item on this list? is it obtainable as part of this update

For some reason everybody seems to think the Scythe is one of the items. I don’t see it on the list either.
The Scythe is an untradable holiday item, and the way they seem to be treating these types of holiday items is to give them to us around the time of the actual holiday (e.g. Bunny Ears this past Easter). So, I highly doubt it.

I witnessed it appear alongside the leather boots.
I even have a story to go with this. Way back in January 2006 or so, when I first became a member, walked through those gates, and crossed White Wolf Mountain to Catherby at the age of 12 going on 13, I became encapsulated by the fishing area for a time. Rather than travel further (I think) I stopped there and noticed the Big Fishing Net. I was fascinated with how it worked, and all the stuff you could get from it. Especially the Bass. It seemed crazy good at the time. It was definitely one of the highlights of my days as a noob.
And now it looks like it came through for me here, nearly 2 decades later.

How long were you online before you got it?
I’m excited to see if anyone receives a holiday item only being logged in (bank standing/AFK motionless/just chatting) or even just in the middle of Running/Walking (clicking the ground/minimap).
It seems every roll so far (still small sample size) has been from direct action with an item or resource node! 
I’m also really interested to see the first player to get one while in the Wilderness!

I really enjoyed the fishing guild when I was younger. Around 2008, when HD released, I remember ‘joining’ a clan to just hang out and chat called ‘Home 66’ because it was their country/world they all played on - and I would hang out in the fishing guild and chat with everyone, I didn’t really care about XP - the social aspect of RuneScape was big for me.

It would be really cool to document total levels to get an estimate of the total level needed since it’s mentioned but not given exactly to my knowledge.
I’ll start backfilling as best I can, currently Manzy is our lowest total level at 689, everybody else has been closer to the high 800s or above 900
I suspect the actual requirement is much lower than any of these
