Where would be the best place to train at now to level my strength up more?

Welcome Gmazzy! I’m thinkin’ classic Giants if you got a fair bit of food. Wear Iron Chainbody as it’s more Crush defensive than plate!
I would kill barbarians. You can fly-fish on the river, cook in the longhall, and then kill barbarians until you need to restock on food.

You can try going to the Al Kharid palace and killing those guards. Above the bank there is a building where you can buy kebabs for 1 coin each.

I would recommend dark wizards, especially if you can equip studded chaps (and other magic defence).
I’m 1 defence currently , so it’s a problem at the min mate haha. Any other ideas for profits?
Cows are the only one that come to mind. Doing prince ali resque helps with banking.
For what it’s worth, I think you would survive fine at dark wizards if you have:
- trouts or better food
- 20 ranged for studded chaps (might be fine with leather chaps)
- cowl or wizard hat
- leather body
The other big upgrade you can get for them is hitting 41 combat, so the 20s are no longer aggressive. After that the amount of food needed goes down drastically.
Appreciate the advice! I’ll get 20 ranged, then give them a go! Got plenty of salmon so food isn’t a issue.

Ideas for money making for runes and arrows?
No problem, been a while for me too but I’ve been playing quite a lot in the past week. I would say that cows and rune essence are the best low requirement money makers that give you xp on the side.
Dark wizards are amazing for runes, you can make upwards of 15k an hour there. I made most of my money there, mining essence and later coal. Quite a grind, but getting 50 smithing and alching/selling the steel items made me around 200k.

Should be fine yeah. The level 20 wizards can hit quite hard but try to stick to the 7s as much as possible. I am personally working towards members quest requirements, not sure what to do after that. There are some 1 deffers on the discord if you are interested in pure action.
