Cannot make a Sapphire Amulet (Unstrung)

I have a gold bar, a cut sapphire, an amulet mould and level 21 crafting. Yet I cannot make a Sapphire Amulet.

I use the gold bar on the furnace, the interface pulls up. I click the Saphhire Ammy sprite but no luck.

The gold amulet has a black outline while the sapphier does not. What is going on here?

Thanks for reporting! Sapphire amulets require level 24 crafting - the message telling the player about the level requirement is bugged. Fix is here and should be included in a future update: fix(content): missing if_close when crafting jewelry under level req by KeepBotting · Pull Request #1273 · 2004Scape/Server · GitHub
