Cannot Create Character

Cant create an account on here, says I have to many characters? Just made an account for the first time so this is a weird issue.

Thanks for bumping. This is unusual. We’re thinking you are hitting an IP-based limit - what happens if you try creating a character on your phone with Wi-Fi turned off?

This also solved my issue of creating new Acc for p2p Pure ty!!
