Saw a player with bunny ears.
Anyone know where or how to get these?
edit: It is quite a simple way to get them if you’ve played other RuneScape versions before you will figure it out.

are you lying? mods are saying bunny ears are not allowed since 2003 was rsclassic
how did u get real or fake
Getting weird threats from people because I didn’t immediately reveal how to get the ears.
It’s just a bit of fun. It is quite a simple way to get them if you’ve played other RuneScape versions before you will figure it out. Please don’t message me with abuse.
People would rather seethe than read.
I’m a level 3 skiller and would hate to waste time looking around, any chance of mentioning it here?
enjoy sir you deserve it
Actually I reported it because it breaks the guidelines. Your behavior is juvenile and I won’t be surprised if you get banned from this forum before long.
The information on where to get bunny ears has already been posted in multiple threads. I don’t think anyone here is being elitist. People should be encouraged to do the tiniest bit of research before posting a question that has already been answered and is very easy to find.
If we can’t share solutions here where can we share them, kinda a silly thing to say.
Yeah for sure. I’m not against putting info on the forum. He was just doing it in a very rude way. For the record I’m not the one who reported his second post with the answer in it; I didn’t think it quite crossed the line though it was still rude.
For those looking for the answer, I’ll give a hint: the answer is on the RSC wiki.
I don’t understand this mentality. Virtually all the information on this forum exists elsewhere. Does that mean one should post anything?
I understand it. As someone who’s been active in tech forums for many many years, it gets tiring when people come to forums seeking answers that could be found with a simple web search. Hence “RTFM” and “let me google that for you” as memes.
People seem to have lost the ability and/or initiative to seek out information for themselves, and in the tech world, the culture has decided that it’s better not to answer obvious questions but direct people to the primary sources so they learn where to find info themselves.
That said, in this particular instance, though the info is technically available elsewhere, there was not (to my knowledge) any official news post announcing the addition of bunny ears or where they could be found. It was apparently put in as an easter egg (tee hee) for those who remembered where to get them. I think it’s fair in that case to answer the question, but in the spirit of easter eggs, it’s also appropriate to just give hints.
Yes, calling people losers is a good way to get them to want to help you.
Try searching “bunny ears” on these forums search function if you need to be spoiled (like I did lol)
Edit: the “dev” thread
Thanks for the Bunny ears unlock, done in the most authentic way. Looking forward to Halloween for the Scythe,
Crying to be spoonfed is a bit of a stretch isn’t it? I just asked how and where to get them and then figured it out. If what I tried didn’t work and nobody had revealed how to do so I wouldn’t be whining about others being elitist and spamming them in game and sending weird threats - I would call that crying to be spoonfed.
Then calling me a moron? You look like an adult so maybe act like one.
