Bugged in Tourist Trap

I completed the part (I think ?) where you talk to Al Shabim about the pineapple for the first time, where you’re supposed to receive a key. I did not receive it… Now, when I talk to the guy, he only says ‘‘Hello Effendi!’’… I am missing something here or is it broken ?

From a quick check your varp for this quest is set to 11 which I believe means you already have the key and need to unlock the captain’s chest to get the prototype dart plans.

Logged back in and the key was in my inventory… The sweet leaf was good tonight for sure… Sorry for that
