This change was intentional

Going the other way will still work!

Feels like an easy QoL change later; that wall intentionally looks harder to climb from the other side 
Or is that blocking Fally-side → dungeon?

It’s backwards though. You should be able to go out from bank side and not back over after.?
It defeats the whole purpose of the wall then lol
Its suppose to be like the ones in Barbarian agility course. One way stepping on the crumbled parts of the wall over.
I remember hating that wall for that reason back in the day, but I was unsure if I just had poor memory or not, so I never mentioned it.
It worked this way in RSC only into the city and not out

Please understand that we have to make these unpopular changes because the code will exist many years after the live server we need to make sure it’s a good representation of history for the next generations that run it. That means refining inaccuracies and accepting that we don’t always get it perfect the first go (we try!) - we’re always learning
