Far enough in the future that you are better off just earning the items a second time.

Probably never! :slight_smile: The rules for this server are not here strictly for the sake of authenticity or purely historical accuracy - While we do use Jagex’s original rules as an influence and inspiration, we’ve also wittingly set them this way to maintain an equitable gaming experience and a fair and reasonable economy.

While you may see what you personally aim to do with a change of this rule as minor or allowable, someone will always be out there doing it 100x more, or better, or more efficiently, and a relaxing or retirement of these rules would just disrupt the economy and devalue your own time and effort.

We don’t want to see Lost City become a game where everyone feels they need to use multiple accounts just to compete or have notable achievements or impactful time spent playing.

When we all played this game in 5th grade, none of us wanted to drop trade or make multiple accounts, nobody did that besides scammers.

I see the predicament.

Theoretically, could we ever get to a point of allowing just two (or maybe even three) accounts logged in per IP adress, and drop trading allowed between accounts which are regularly used on the same IP?

Im not a technical person at all but would this not essentially prevent RWT, and also keep the efficiency deal to a reasonable and natural level?

Whatever you guys decide Im happy regardless, but I feel multiple accounts and drop trading is a fairly big part of the essence of the whole experience, many many many people want a main account and a specialized account of some type.

(Maybe they need to have spent more than 50% of their in game time on the IP, and also have reached some amount of total game time/ttls)

Yup unfortunately someone will ruin it and go super sweaty and decide to use 15x alts and it just gets out of hand
