Started playing RS sometime in 2005. Stopped playing late 2010. I always kept an eye on RS and what was going on, but I didnt like the direction it was going. When OSRS came out I created an account, but within a short amount of time it was nothing like the early years of RS2.
In 2018, around the time RSC was shutting down, I saw people online mentioning private servers as a way to play RS like it was back in the day. I’ve been playing private servers ever since. At this point, I mainly support projects that focus on preserving early RS.
Looking forward to playing and seeing what the community is like.

I agree with you In some recent updates we’ve received, It felt like the game was becoming progressively easier over time, the feeling of accomplishment to achieve high levels was not satisfying as it once was.
