You can’t buy them or get them from a drop, and it’s unlikely anyone will have the smithing level yet to make one. Your best bet for now is probably a mithril scimitar or adamant sword, until you can buy a rune sword.

scim is better it’s faster and weighs less and addy long doesn’t do that much more damage
