So, anyone who has ever watched ex-J-Mod Mat K’s Twitch streams will know that on there, if you redeem 1,500 channel points, he will tell you a story from his life. One of those stories is about the first ever player on RS2 to get the Dragon Chainbody as a drop from KQ. Mod Mat K claims that the first ever person to get the drop got 28 dragon chainbodies. This player then reported it to Jagex and Jagex put out a very quick fix to reduce the quantity of dragon chainbodies dropped down to 1. Jagex also told this player that he wasn’t allowed to keep all 28 chain chainbodies and they would take 27 off of him, but it turned out that the player had already taken 27 to a secluded area of the map, dropped them and allowed them to despawn because he knew it was a bug and therefore trying to keep them would be bug abuse.
So, will this bug be in the game on the Lost City servers for the first person to get the dragon chainbody from KQ? If yes, what would be done to stop said player benefitting from the extra 27 dragon chainbodies?
