Why so many nothing drops from moss giants?

I’m killing mossies with a ring of wealth equipped and it feels like roughly half of them only drop big bones and nothing else. Is this normal?

30/128 chance to get nothing. (About 25%)

(With RoW. Without you have about ~3% chance to hit jewel drop table and within that table you have 50% chance to get nothing. Meaning RoW removes about 1.5% of the nothing drops.)

So irregardless row or not you have about 20-25% chance to get nothing.
