If I had to guess, it’s probably Dead Botting. He had like 60M bank in F2P and was rank 1 to a lot of profitable members skills like Herblore and Fletching. He’s also funded by the LiT clan

Another data point is Ratpack had to pool their clan funds to stake Dead Botting a while back, so it’s probably not Vanc

Hard to tell. Once you’ve spent money on an expensive skill you no longer have that cash. I know some of the top ranked players spent 15m+ on Herblore to get 70+ in the first few weeks. Add on top of that prayer, crafting, smithing, etc and I’m sure some players would have 100m+ cash had they not trained those.
If I sold/alch’d everything I’d have 30-40m raw GP.
I’d guess the top ranks have 75-125m bank give or take with another 75-125m or so spent on skills.
I doubt anyone has over 1b yet and if they do it’s the leaders of clans that funnel wealth to them.

Small community with good logs. If someone hacked you you’d get your items back and they’d get banned. Every method of transferring items is logged. Dropping them. Dying with them. Trading them. Staking them. Telegrabbing them. It’s all logged.

Someone who has played consistently and focused on making money and not spending it using traditional methods could certainly have 100-200m bank value by now. By this metric I’d guess the richest player is higher than that due to staking luck, clan funding, good investments, or specialized moneymakers like double nats. I doubt any single player has 1b+ bank value yet.
Rank 1 smithing was hacked and didn’t get their items back.

without a doubt its me but i didnt rlly have much “funnelling”… our clan pretty much locked down rune rocks for 2 months and we all got splits from protecting/banking etc, then i used to my splits to invest into steel bars when they were cheap aswell as herbs when they were cheap and the investments have gone up like 10-30x depending on the item also the biggest cashstack i had was in f2p, 36M but just for the picture as i had to pay out splits from it, as for my personal cashstack it disappears fast cuz i dont like to hold cash, usually invest in items as cash depreciates over time
