Hey, I wonder when the skilling interface was released back then? Fletching is killing me! Haha 
I’ve also done some searching to see if I could find this info. I spent my youth in F2P and didn’t become a member until around 2008. I haven’t been able to find any info on when it was implemented.

if i remember it was late 2004 for the skilling interface.
