If you don’t mind a bit of constructive criticism. Might i suggest you put on here the times you are active? Maybe a post on here stating you are open and operating? And when you close for the day? It make it a lot easier to catch you online.

I have been considering it for awhile now. I am EST time zone. I do get Discord messages at 5AM for kits, so I do understand this is an issue. I have now added a section on OPEN times.

Fran was beyond helpful and super easy to work with. Bought nearly every quest kit minus the select few bigger P2P quests.

Honestly felt bad when I told you to meet in Draynor and the Dark Wizard hiding in the bank took you out! I was glad I was able to retrieve your Iron armor, imp loot, and cash stack, but it wasn’t enough. A HUGE prize was in order for dying the minute you saw me in game. 
10/10. Very fast service received for Hero’s Quest getting the Thieves’ Armband. Would highly recommend.

11/10! Spend less time running around collecting quest items and more time grinding! It’s a great concept and Fran is executing it with precision! Quick and to the point, how it should be. No messing around trying to find a partner or even worse, finding a partner with the IQ of 7. Fran knows how to get you what you need, whether its items or help with a quest! Money well spent! (…honestly, she should charge more for the convenience).
