Rares on weekdays?

Is this to allow rares 7 days/wk? What’s your thought process, I’m just not convinced changing the likelihood/rate is a good idea for rares

To me it makes the most sense if enough people want weekdays, and/or if the current likelihood is too low, to extend the window 1 to 2 days either side (Fri-Sun, Sun-Mon, Fri-Mon)

I am also someone else who works Weekends so this distribution for me is going to be rough. If anything i’d be able to make the event 10 minutes each day.

I would love for rares to be attainable on weekdays, and this is solely due to my personal schedule which severely limits my playtime on weekends. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Would be awesome to have them available on weekdays too. Personally, i work weekends so its unlikely for me to obtain one. Currently its projected to reward 10% of players with a rare by the end of the 4 month event. I find that to be low, however, if weekdays became a thing, i fear it would pump that number up way too high and then defeat the purpose of the items being “rare”. Then again, lets imagine every player got 1 rare, some of the rares would be rarer than others, some may be lost in time, some may be horded. Hard to say which would be best for the community/economy. Good luck to all!

facts weekdays wouldnt be bad because their so rare to get anyways also would love to see them added to clues temporarily or forever also would be cool to have wildy increase chances for rare to increase active wildy

Easy solution: multiply drop rates by 2/7 and make available on weekdays.

You lost me at “forever”

Being someone who fits into the odd timezone category, Fri-Sun would work well with Australia and New Zealand timezones. Rare rolls were Sun-Mon for me. I ended up playing Sunday 18hrs lol. It wouldnt bother me if it stayed as is though I respect the decisions made by Pazaz either way.

reread what i said i said temporarily or forever happy with either =)

I know what you said.

You can already get them temporarily. They likely can spawn from completing a clue, or even digging for one.
