Hi, BigFatBuns here.

The quest Goblin Diplomacy seems to be bugged. It won’t start no matter what I do. I have the armor in my inv. I dyed it and the goblin generals just shoo me away. Other players also confirmed that the quest won’t start for them.

Is it a bug? or are/were the req. for starting the quest different in 04?

You start it at the pub in port sarim.

Use the rsc wiki, it tends to be more accurate to 2004
