I would get the skills up to the requirements needed for the members quests we will get whenever member is released. Some important quests are heroes quest, family crest and legends quest. For those you need at least 53 cooking, 40 crafting, 53 fishing, 50 mining, 59 magic, and 40 smithing.

You could also try to unlock more of the content in f2p such as 60 mining for mining guild, 60 wc for yews, 50 fishing for swordfish, base 40 combats for rune/green d hide, 43 prayer for protection prayers. Or even get up rc to 44 in preparation for natures in members.
