Hello, On main website you can play game and play through browser or the client. If none of the options work you can always post an issue in the discord in Game-Issues and the staff will answer you.

It may have been that you typed the password incorrectly (twice) when you created the account. LMAO. If you’re confident that you didn’t do that, then message the mods on Discord to get their attention sooner
