Help - Discord Log In to Security Centre

Hi, please help, when I try to log in to my legacy account using Discord, I receive the message ‘this account is already linked to an email’. How can I troubleshoot this so that I can log in with Discord to the security centre?

We’ll have to unlink your legacy recovery email manually so you can adopt with Discord. This could take some time, we’ll let you know when it’s complete.
