Friday nights are generally peak hours for our player count, so lets start a weekly Vwest trading event every friday evening starting at 5pm eastern.
Trading at Varrock west bank has always been an integral part of the Runescape economy without the grand exchange (RS until 2007, osrs 2013-2015). Our economy has had vwest trading in the early days with only f2p and with a high player count in early members days. With a lower player count this method of trading has disappeared in the past few months. Lets keep it alive in a weekly event.
Bring your supplies to skill, like alches, fletching materials, herblore, etc if you dont want to trade and just want to hang out! This could also be an opportunity for the mods/pazaz to meet and talk with players, or for the cabbage group to add to their numbers (lol).
Use your best text colors to attract players to your buy/sell offers. Some examples to enhance your text are: flash1, flash2, scroll, glow1, glow2, white, red, green, and cyan. You combine these together like this, flash1:wave: (your text) and white:scroll: (your text). Most of the og players in this game know this but just in case I figured I’d include it. Edit: I believe auto typers can be used but with 10 second minimum intervals
Hopefully we can get some rares buys/sells and some bsales! I will be doing a 3m drop party for every 10 players that come.
