Hello, my character “Urchin” has been stuck and can’t login. I keep getting “Please try again” when I try to log.

Hey there, it’s still stuck on “Please try again”, doesn’t look like anything has changed.
I’ve been completely locked out of my account for 14 hours now. Every time I try to log in it says “Please try again” and I’ve literally made a new account and it works fine. Please fix.
Might be a corrupted save file. You’re on the list, hold tight.
This is still completely broken. My first character “Urchin” is still stuck on “Please try again” for 3 days now. At this point I’ve just completely rerolled so I don’t need to get the account back but it’s very worrisome that you could lose your entire account to a bug with no fix.
I don’t think your account is completely lost. I’m sure they could recover it if necessary, but unfortunate the bug persisted for so long.
You’re still on the list! This is a very rare issue which usually requires restoring player saves from backup to fix. It takes time. Sorry for the wait.

Honestly - if it matters, you can take it off the list. I rerolled another character when that one got messed up and I’m much further along, and it’s not like I can move my items from the other one because of the account rules so it’s safe to just scrap it.
