I have been working on a simple open source xp and ehp tracker on Github: R-Dson/2004Progress.
I am still looking for accurate xp/h rates, you can find all under R-Dson/2004Progress/data/skill_rates.json on Github. Either contact me on Discord, or make a pull request or issue on Github with the rates and some comments on why they are correct.
I am temporarily hosting it and using my own domain name, if there is interest in the project then I can get a better suited domain. For now, you can find the project on https://2004progress.dson.cloud.

Plenty of updates has been made since I first posted. I added xp rates for all the f2p skills, added a leaderboard/hiscore for EHP, added a record page for highest gained xp per day, week and month, and some more smaller things.
Update: Added a button to hide or show members skills on the user page. Made the plots a bit more readable and pretty. Stopped showing skills that are not released yet.
Started a collection of ehp rates in members, which can be found HERE. There is still a lot to do so feel free to reach out to me if you have the data available and want to help.
